LCROSS Target Lables

I've seen some confusion as to what the LCROSS Target labels
mean...they are just labels for targets. We should have called them
"Target A"... rather than "Crater A"....but once a nomenclature gets
stuck it’s really hard to un-stuck it! The issue is we need to target
a specific point within each crater (for example "Crater A" is really
a small area inside of Nansen F. We are confirming our "sweet spots"
based on the latest Kuguya data and some very recent Arecibo radar
data. Once we update these "sweet spots" we will post a target list
for the north and south. - Tony
