The observations were made under average seeing conditions
using the DMK31 camera at the f/14 focus of my 7.25" Schupmann medial.
The resulting 30 sec long, 900 frame .avi files were processed using
Registax4 and then rotated and cropped in PhotoShop.

Libration was pretty favorable with Faustini tipped towards us so both
rims could be seen. Also, the small round crater very close to the
south lunar pole was just visible on the terminator. Resolution was
a bit better than yesterday.

Folks:
There are a couple of errors below. The dates and times in the file
names are correct, but the ones in the lines "Time and date of
exposure" are not.

It's a great image, Clif. You clearly finally got both the southern
and northern rims of Faustini this time. It's unclear to me whether
the little bit of rim next crater over on the east that is starting to
express is Shoemaker. You also get a sense of how Faustini is up on an
old South Polar Atkin plateau above the level of Scott.
