Basic BUKKITs are in future

I've pushed a commit which allows BUKKITs to be manipulated in simple
ways. I have only tackled the most basic features so far (slot
declaration/initialization/assignment, functions can be stored in
slots), but it is able to run the BF interpreter code from a previous
post.

I am making some unit tests for the code and will be implementing the
remaining BUKKIT features after that. I also need to port over the
new build system (klnusbaum's cmake system) to the future branch.
