In the above video, Kucinich uses special privilege to propose impeachment
of Richard Cheney - failed to live up to his oath to support the
Constitution.

1. Deceived the Citizens of the US about WMD in Iraq - said repeatedly Iraq
pursued nuclear and had chemical and biological weapons.

2. Cheney received no information proving the above, and intentionally
sought out unverified, inaccurate, raw intelligence, and interpreted it so
as to support his desire to go to war against Iraq.
