See Karen Tappert indictment attached. Karen offered a mortgage rescue service in which she engineered a fraudulent transfer of the property to an entity she controlled, and a squatter’s scheme of filing fraudulent deeds on properties already foreclosed. The government does not like this kind of mortgage rescue service. Karen charged a bunch of dough to people for her seminars teaching her techniques, and for her services. She needed to consult a good attorney before attempting such services. Thanks to SkyeWalker for sending this to me.
