Hi -
I haven't seen a lot of uptake on the idea of a contest with
submissions due May 31. No queries from prospective entrants or prize
contributors.
I'm considering repurposing that money, perhaps to give to student
interns this summer. Is anybody out there frantically working on a
law.gov report/contest entry? Any profs out there who pitched this to... more »

Public.Resource.Org is pleased to announce the Law.Gov Report contest.
A series of 15 workshops were conducted that resulted in a strong
consensus on 10 core principles. Those workshops also produced a huge
amount of material to work with including presentations by many of the

FCC National Broadband Plan Recommendation Consistent with Law.gov

I just saw that the FCC's National Broadband Plan, released March 16,
2010, contains a recommendation at page 318 [link] that
seems consistent with the Law.gov principles, and that cites Carl:
