L A U N C H is an informal discussion group on issues in architecture, urbanism, and design supporting the monthly get-togethers at pre-determined Cleveland watering holes.

Igniting honest and varied discourse on design and planning issues in the City and inspiring events and installations is the desired outcome.

The impetus for the creation of this group and intial resulting discussions on this page was MOCA Cleveland's "Launchpad" event on July 26, 2007 (see MOCA Blog at http://www.mocacleveland.org/blog for notes and video clips).

The group is hosted and moderated by select contributing blogs to the Cleveland Design City site (htt://clevelanddesigncity.com), and is open for participation by all.
