With that in mind we are going to institute a "second thursday" rule
so that it is apparent when the next meeting is.  We will be meeting
at the Blind Pig until spring moves us back outside.  The idea is to
have a regular meeting date and time so that people will inherently
know when they can show up.

At the December meeting it was decided to attempt to refigure our
roots as an activity based group where discussions, field trips,
events could be had and then discussed in order to amuse ourselves.
With that in mind the thought was to implement the strong suggestion
that at the next meeting people should show up with some ideas of
events that they would like to take part in/implement/coordinate or
ignore.

There were already some suggestions for events so I will list them
here and who has already started moving forward with them.

-bi-monthly movies:  Ted has already started contacting people about
spaces and equipment and has already compilied a fine movie list
(concentrating on architecture and design).  More news to come.
-collecting gallery date: to put together a comprehensive list of when
shows are taking place and maybe where.  We could probably work out a
google map for this mess.
-random public events: perhaps take part in 'pop up city', etc.
-creating an Annual Cleveland Holiday (which is really just a reason
to throw a party someplace)
-put together some competition data (or create a place to feed off of
bustler and other arch comp websites)
-field trips:  There may be a field trip (convoy, road trip, etc) to
Toledo to check out the Glass Pavilion on the 5th.  More on that to
come.
-idea/project slideshow presentation events: (there is a team working
on this, or thinking of working on this...)

Also, I am working on figuring out a decent way to create an online
presence.  Either this google group is too hard for people to figure
out or just not pretty enough to gather any attention.  Regardless I
have purchased a domain, got a place to host it and am in the midst of
playing with different software to make it work as a public bulletin
board with a calendar, maps, photo gallery, etc.

Alright then, that was a bit of info to take in an digest.

Remember, January 10th is the next excuse to drink, I mean meet.  See
