Subject: SAABs for Monte Carlo Rally Tribute
To: drewp...@gmail.com

Dear Los Angeles SAAB club,

I am the Class Manager for this year's Palos Verdes Concours in September. We will have a special Monte Carlo Rally Tribute class (display only - not judged) and I am looking for a SAAB rally car, like a 92/95/96 series car. The cars need to be in good condition for display, and will need to fitted with racing numbers. Driving lights would be a plus.

Please let me know if there are any owners of these cars in southern California who would be interested in participating.

FYI, so far the following cars are registered for the class:

2 Facel Vega Facellias
1 Jaguar E-type
1 Lancia Fulvia HF
1 Austin Mini
1 Riley Elf
1 Citroen Traction Avant
2 Renault Alpine

I am still looking for:
1 Porsche 356 coupe
1 Porsche 911
1 Volvo P1800/Amazon
1- Saab 92/9596
1 - Alfa Romeo Giulietta coupe

Here is a link to the concours website:

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Regards,

Cesar Rodes

My mom will be showing her 1931 Bugatti at this concourse.  Looks like a nice event.

It's a Type 40A -- it's been in the family since 1961.
