I found a spare MRF151G for my Larcan Lo-Lo at Rochester Electronics. They are one of the few stocking distributors who sell them for less than $220.00.

MaCom MRF151G should cost about $85 or so.
I found a pair of new OEM Larcan SRF3943 in my parts bin.
