Material Handling Team

[Ken Starks]

This Team was not formally discussed at our meeting but will be
necessary to the successful work flow of the project. Ken Starks will
lead this Team until the time that someone else steps up to do so. It
will require the loading and unloading of trucks, loading computers
and E-waste on pallets and manually shrink-wrapping them and storing
them until they are ready to load on the truck. Team Lead will also
be responsible for a load plan for the truck to organize first on-
first off materials.

is this similar to/the same group that was called 'machine runners' in the handounts? i'd be interested in this one.

Not quite the same, it's more so separating the computers (ie dead
machines and good machines) and also with separating computers parts
(ie the good, the bad and the ugly). Also planning the loading of the
truck from the warehouse and back to the warehouse. I can help/lead
this also if need be, have to love years of working for HEB
warehouse. :)
