Grouping keys by categories

I am wondering... how to keep keys separate as per 5 original files of
our software (admin.php, main.php, system.php and so on)

Let me explain. If I add all the keys to the project (from all my 5
translation files), when I'll export the results I will get a single
file per each locale... Then I'll have to select only the lines I need
to include them into my different files, which is very hard to do in a
1500 lines file or so.
What I need is to group the keys somehow into separate file_keys, so I
can only export the specific keys for each corespondent file (like a
tag or something for each key). I don't think this is possible as it
is now, but do you thin this can be added soon?
I know... a temporary solution will be to open 5 projects, 1 for each
file, but then it will be very hard to handle the invitations/
translators - we don't want to mess them up subscribing to so many
project accounts, with 5 different usernames and such.
But what I'm asking is something like another level of grouping -
"sub_project_N" (this might be optional, for people who won't need
more than one file/key/group)
We cannot really start our languify project if this is not going to be
done soon... Meantime, I'll just be testing it...
What do you say?

PS: I think I've already given you 2 solutions - groups/tags/
categories or sub_projects, but I'm sure you can find a better one...
