3 acres for lease one house north of Cumberland, RI in Wrentham, MA.
2.5 tillable acres.

From 2004-2009, I leased this field and ran a diversified organic
vegetable CSA operation out of it. In 2010 the field was partly
fallow, partly in cover crop, and partly in garlic. In 2011 the field
was fallow.

The soil is light and drains quickly. I used to run water to the field
through a hose from my well and was able to water about 12 lines of
drip tape at once that way. I would consider making this option
available to the next tenant. I had good yields with especially good
cucurbit production.

The landlord is great, and I highly recommend this situation.
