Did you have anything specific in mind? There are many issues, from
preservation and expansion of the parkland in Kenneth Hahn, to the
increase to six and seven digit prices of homes (especially Lewis
Homes), to the school district issue. I for one have notices an
increase in white and asian homeowners to the area, probably because of
the convenience of the location and better value on the dollar for
homes here in comparison to more expensive areas on the westside.
