CHP Officer Joseph Sanders Memorial Highway

Hello.
I just noticed Google Maps renamed this 60 FWY to "CHP Officer Joseph
Sanders Memorial Highway". But west and east of it is still called
Pomoma FWY. That is confusing. Is this a permanent name?
