Belgium Wittbier No. 6
Home Brewer: Alfonse Pham
Price: N/A [gift]
A delicious beer, I poured it in a large goblet. A nice bouquet came up
from the pouring. The color; a golden brown color with a lighter, almost
white foam. The first sip was bright and tangy. It had subtle hints of
berries and citric overtones. Very refreshing without being too heavy.
Definitely drinkable in numbers. I enjoyed an REO Robusto (Rocky Patel) on
the front porch pageing through the mail.
Would I put it up in a blind tasteoff against the Solstices?, Fat Tires?,
Sammy Adams?, damn straight!
My main regret; I had only one. (alas)
Thanks Alfonse (Undergrad, Ucla Physics)
