Mondays Hash will be held at the Lilongwe Wildlife Centre. 5PM start as always.

Directions: Coming from Foodworths go towards Old town. Wildlife Centre is on your left hand side just after you cross the Bridge. If you get to the hospital Circle

You’ve gone too far.

For the newcomers to Lilongwe who don’t know what Hash is:

Hash is held at a different venue each week and is open to all age groups and fitness levels. We have a short , medium and long run +/- 4km, 5km , 6km as well

As a walk of around 4 or 5km. There are people at all levels of fitness including beginners so don’t be afraid to come along and enjoy a Monday evening out

With a great bunch of people. Drinks are available afterwards if you want to stay and socialize by purchasing tickets at K500.
