From Likuni / Bishop Mackenzie International School circle ...
- head toward the school main gates
- at the gate, turn left
- at the T, turn right
- at the T, turn left
- take first right
- continue till the road takes a sharp right - its a short road and if you hit the next T intersection, turn around and go back 200/300 meters
Start 17.00
Come along for a social walk or run, have a chat with somebody and take a peak in areas of Lilongwe that you normally wouldn't ... alternatively you can make an excuse, watch TV or work.

Now with 1903 hash groups registered in the world directory, located in 1237 cities in 183 countries, it is easier than ever for you to find fun, trail, and friendship where you live.
The Hash House Harriers is a more social version of Hare and Hounds, where you join the pack of hounds (runners) to chase down the trail set by the hare or hares (other runners), then gather together for a bit of social activity known as the On In or Down Down with refreshment, humour, song and the occasional feast. In most groups, all are welcome, young and old, fast or slow, so don't wait to get in shape, just come on out and join us.
The only prerequisite to hashing is a sense of humour. It's that simple.
