I am needing to re-install my purchased product onto a new system, but I am not getting any response from the support@ e-mail account. Does anyone know for sure if this product still supported? What does a SID look like in L0pht?

In a crack report from L0pht, I get a bunch of these account names. I
have about 20 of them and they're all similar. i.e 8-alpha, 4-alpha,
4-alpha, 1.
537A5A78-B767-4B96-8
But in AD, an orphaned SID looks like this:
S-1-5-21-2076596496-1877097663 -145704350-2714
Any idea what they are? Are they orphaned SID's?... more »

I'm running 6.12d. I'm logged into my workstation as a regular user.
I'm using domain admin credentials to kick off the remote capture.
When I run L0pht against a remote 2008r2 Server I get access denied.
I got around the issue by staring l0pht as the domain admin. After

Unable to use dictionary for unix?

Using version 6.0.12d - We can only get it to bruteforce UNIX accounts. Dictionary attack doesn't work, no error messages, when I KNOW the password is in the file. Bruteforcing is easily able to guess a 3 character password. Any suggestions from the community?

when attempting to pull hashes from a 2008r2 Domain Controller, all I
get is "Access is Denied" regardless of how privileged my credentials
are.
Is there a service that needs to be turned on? Explicit port openings?
