Is the Kythe Slack open to the general public?

Hi,

I'm currently trying out Kythe with the eventual goal to set up Xref in my pet project. I saw that the website references a Kythe Slack and I know that some other projects (like Kotlin) have public Slacks and hand out invites to everyone, and I was wondering if this applies to Kythe as well. I'm interested in joining if so.
