Hi All,

 

The group went very silent and no activity at all in the last few weeks. Hope everybody is too busy in the studies…

 

I need a clarification…

 

Will there be questions from outside the scope of PMBOK? Eg: Saw a question on David McClelland's 3 needs of motivation, William Ouchi's Theory Z, Douglas McGregor theory, Taguchi method etc.

I couldn't find any references on the same in PMBOK. Can somebody confirm whether it is required or not?

These questions will be more situational based, so we need to understand the theory before we answer these questions.
