Phuze is comprised of the efforts of Thomas Robbs and Jay Kauffman.
This is the first night in what we hope to continue as a weekly event.
Phuze will revolve around the sounds of funkin' pumpin' house and techno
blends, with solid sets of trance, and drum-n-bass. The venue we have
selected reflects our desire to make this a comfortable, grooving night
while providing an intimate social atmosphere.
Tickets are not being sold in advance for this event. Price of admission
at the door is FREE before 11pm and $3 after. Bar specials will be
available to those who wish to tip a brew and boogie the night away.
To introduce Phuze to you:
Thomas Robbs: Thomas has been DJ'ing for 5+ years, refining his own
personal blend of deep house vibes with agressive, ass shaking techno
beats. Thomas capitalizes on a solid groove and will be laying it down
thick and heavy to start our night. Thomas will appear from 10pm-11pm.
Lotus: Lotus has recently been tearing the beats from the air and
forcing them through Industry's sound system for the monthly fukhouse
event. His banging techno style has put him in the driver's seat for a
residency with this tech-house event. We welcome Lotus to show everyone
whave they've missed at fukhouse. Lotus will appear from 11pm-12:30am.
OS/2: OS/2, aka Ryan Kruger of Destiny Productions, was recently
involved with the latest installment of their World Electronic Music
Festival. OS/2 brings his own unique blend of trance to spice up the
groove. OS/@ will appear from 12:30am-2am.
Loop Doktor: Loop Doktor has been blessing the St.Catherine's air-waves
with the sweet sounds of techno, house, trance, and dnb for the past
year. Now, he's bringing his momentum to Phuze. Loop Doktor will be
toying with your emotions from 2am-3am.
