I don't believe so. I know sunflower provides secondary DNS server for
them.

Tried calling the fellow listed in the WHOIS record for the domain?

Failing that, calling the school/district and asking to speak to the IT staff?

They were kind enough to publish their 2008/09 technology plan on their website, revealing two names:
Paul Dawson, Assistant Director, Information Technology Services.

Frank Harwood, Division Director, Information Technology Services.

Lastname email searching on the site coughed up:
pda...@usd497.org
and fhar...@usd497.org respectively.
