هذه المقاومة التي نفتخر بها نحنُ الكرد كما أنتم الفلسطينيين، حيث و بحسب
كتابة الكاتب بالمصري أحمد زكريا فقد اختلط الدم الكردي بالعربي في قلعة شقيف
و الكل يدرك جيداً بأن بين الشهداء الذين قاوموا و تصدوا للصهاينة الغاشمين كان
بينهم 12 مقاتلاً كردياً من ثوار حزب العمال الكردستاني .
