We are looking for an apartment or house in boudha/arubhari/mahankal. Must have a minimum of 3 bedrooms. Preferably with some room outside for kids to play.

Here are the details of my flat on rent:

Location: Behind Dwarika's Hotel, Gaushala (Battisputali)

Floor: Ground floor with garden and ample parking space

Rooms:    2 Bed rooms

                  1 Living room

                  1 store room

                  1 Kitchen

                  1 Bathroom

The 2 and half storied house is built on 6160 sq.feet.area.within green

surroundings, in a residential area. We are looking for friendly tenants to live with

us.

Thank you for your response Sushil, but as I wrote above we are looking for a minumum of 3 bedrooms and only in Boudha or Arubari area.
