I am subletting my lovely flat in Chhetrapti for January and February (can be available mid-Dec). Or for an individual willing to share from March, it can be a longer term arrangement...

It has one bedroom and one living room so can be used as two bedrooms without a living room. Both rooms are bright and spacious with big windows and large comfy beds (real mattresses). Ideal for a couple or two individuals. The flat is furnished, nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. Fridge, stove, oven, water dispenser.

Backup power, wifi, hot water.

There is a cleaner who comes and does dishes, floors and laundry.

Great location, just outside the bustle of Thamel but only minutes walk from everything. There is a courtyard in front if you need bike parking.

The landlord and family are lovely and very helpful and renters will be paying him directly.

I love my flat so looking for lovely people who will take good care of it.
