Lalitpur is sub-metropolitan city of Nepal which is situated in the neighborhood of capital city Kathmandu. Gallery Mcube residential space is located in the heart of Lalitpur very close to the market area and very near the capital city. Lalitpur itself is named as the city of art and culture where most of metal craftsmen reside. Picturesque cityscape, historical sites and craft culture are just a few of the attractions of Lalitpur and its surroundings have to offer.

Gallery Mcube is located in half an hour drive from the Tribhuvan International Airport and five minutes walk from the main market area from where local buses are available to reach nooks and corners of the Kathmandu Valley.

Above individual can rent out the full furnished studio room with homely ambiance self service kitchen facilities and internet facilities. One month Package US$ 150 only

For additional Studio to work for artist Extra fee depends on the individual project.

All the travel expenses and fooding including local and international, need to be cover by the individual.

Gallery Mcube is for action, research and experimentation in traditional,  contemporary visual art and different genre art practices. Gallery Mcube fosters artistic research to promote and reveal ideas within a contemporary context. They offer international artists, teachers and students the opportunity to extend professional practice through cultural exchange.

The centre organises events (exhibitions, open workshops and seminars/presentations/popular talk series Mcube Chakati-Guff which happens 1st and 3rd Friday of every month) to promote its activities and share creative experience and opportunities within the public domain.

Accommodation information:

Accomodation is there within the Gallery Mcube venue where self catering Kitchen, with internet facilities, Studio space to work, full furnished double bedroom is available for artists, curators or cultural tourists. Potential resourceful Gallery Mcube representative are available for the proper guidance and support. The space is also available for the long term individual stay as per the requirements.

Kitchen and bathroom will be shared with the other artists and representative of Gallery Mcube.
