Hello,
My friend and I have just rented and furnished a nice apartment in Ekantakuna, minutes from Jawalakhel, I am a painter and a musician while he is a writer. Our hope is to make a creative space where we can live and work. I am from Toronto, Canada and he is from New York City. Our space is fully equipped with WIFI, hot water and back up power. We have a roof-top terrace, comfortable living room and even a nice bathtub.
We're looking for someone who creatively inclined and open-minded. The rent of the room is 20,000 per month.
