Our wonderful home for the last four years will be available for a cat-loving family at a great location in Nakhipot, Sampang Chowk in February 2020.

The house comprises of four bedrooms of various sizes, 5 toilets/bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a living room. We have a nice garden with a fruit trees and a good potential to grow your own vegetables.

The house includes some furniture and we can provide more for a very fair price for those who are committed to take a good care of Toffee and Coffee, our sweet cat brothers living in the house.

Very close there’s the road to Chapagaon, and the ring road and Satdobato they are just one 1km from there, approximately. There’s also a Big Mart very close by, like 3 minutes walking distance, and many other local shops with very nice, helpful and resourceful local people. Another highlight of the neighborhood is the Café of Bethesda, a must stop hub for coffee lovers and Christians. Apart from very good coffee, good food and staff and free prayers, they also have heating and AC in summer, so it’s a family friendly environment. Then KISC is also very close by, and ICIMOD is also just around the corner.

The rent for the entire house will be 90,000 NRP per month in 2020. Adoption Toffee and Coffee to a loving person or family without the house can be also considered.
