Corned Beef availability in KTM

Anyone know where I can buy corned beef or buy beef brisket to make corned beef? I'm dying for a reuben.

You can probably get brisket from Nina & Hagar. Your best bet is to visit their store in Kusunti where you can custom order cuts of beef. More difficult will be getting rye bread, although the multigrain loaves from Fuji Bakery in Patan Dhoka make a fair substitute. Then all you need is to get your hands on some sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Russian dressing and you're in business!

Haha thanks! I do have a hook up to get me the other things from around asia within a few days, but its impossible to transport a beef brisket that way.
