Apartment to rent in Lazimpat

I know a few people have been after something like this.

 

One of my team just finished a 6 month lease at the following place. It is very quiet, includes internet, laundry etc.

 

His description

Contact landlady by phone (her English is not very good, but her daughter in law is ok, her grand daughter Rosa even better) just refer to me (Rob Nieuwenhuis) . They are after quiet person – separate double story granny flat – so if sharing you wouldn’t have to mind to sleep within hearing distance of each other (upstairs) or share the bed downstairs, it might be suitable. Otherwise perhaps just for one.

I have enjoyed the place very much.

The rate was probably rather expensive say 500 a month – but given its winter and lots of vacancies – you could negotiate a good deal. Really lovely home, always incited to meals – excellent place – and quiet.
