I'm traveling from Toronto, Canada to Kathmandu on February 27th and will be in the area for about a month before heading to the mountains to begin a research project. I'm looking to rent a 1 bedroom apt that has access to wifi, kitchen, bathroom, and hot water for about 125$ dollars (USD). Prefer a location near Pulchowk.

Hello we have singal room with attached bathroom and share kitchen with 2 people only it is first floor  rent is 120$ 12000 per month it is 10 min  walking distance from pulchowk 

here is free wifi 

hot and cold water 

back up light when power cut 

room with lots of light 

we are bit inside from main road
