we are leaving Nepal for some months and rent therefore our cosy completely furnished house for up to 3 months from September 16 on. The house is located in Khumaltar Heights, 5 minutes from Saatdobato with supermarkets and other small shops in walking distance. It's a nice and calm neighbourhood, 5 minutes outside from Ring Road and close to GIZ project office in Khumaltar with better air condition. It's on the way to Godavari (forest). The house is completely furnished with living/dining room, 3 additonal rooms, 3 bath rooms, garden, terrasses, guard and cleaning support. Perfect for families and people who want to comfortably search for an own future house.
