Pregnancy is an exciting and joyous time in a woman’s life, but also a time of great change which can expose a variety of fears. Many pregnant women find that practising yoga, whether or not they practised prior to pregnancy, can help to ease and assist the changes the body and mind go through. It soothes aches and pains by building strength and suppleness in your body, calms your nervous system, helps you to connect with your changing body and with your baby, and prepares you physically and mentally for labour, among many other benefits. 

Pranamaya's pregnancy yoga workshop, taught by pregnancy yoga specialist Hedda Steenhauer, helps you to discover the beautiful gifts of both pregnancy and yoga, safely and nourishingly.
