FULLY FURNISHED HOUSE TO SUBLET IN SWAYAMBHU 2 MONTHS

HI,

I am looking for someone who is interested in subletting my house in
Swayambhu from 15th of June - 15th of August.

The house has three floors, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, one big
living room, a fully equipped new kitchen and a spacious garden with
trees and flowers. It is located ten minutes walk from the Swayambhu
stupa. The house has recently been newly painted and has new flooring
in all rooms. There is toilet access on all three floors.
We have a didi coming to our house three times a week, and does
laundry, cooking, cleaning etc.

Rent pr. month is 50,000 rps. (it has three bedrooms so possible to
share three peoples) and this includes didi, internet, inverter and
all equipments/furniture of the house.
