Enclosed to this message you can find compressed version of the updated Ukrainian translation of Krusader interface (svn synced).

Can I also translate the manual?

Yes, you can.
The pot files of the handbook are in

I have update the pot files to the latest version.

Will create a pot.tar.gz archive.
Be aware that the handbook is big, I can recommend to search for a few
friends if possible to help with the translation.

btw. for me it's impossible to do a string freeze for the handbook,
when I find mistakes in the handbook I fix them, but in general not
much changes in the handbook (it was quite stable last year, only the
install chapter is rewritten for the kde4).
