Trash bin integration

Hi,

I've improved Krusader's trash bin integration. For using the new
features reinstalling Krusader is required.

New features:
- trash bin on the toolbar -> one can open/empty the trash

- right clicking on the trash folder:
deleting files from trash now works (I had to add a fix)
restoring the files is now possible
emptying the trash is also possible

- added a predefined bookmark for the trash bin

- new menu item in the Tools menu: Empty trash

Great work!

Can someone consider to write better tab handling (like TC has) ?
This feature is realy missing in Krusader

- close inactive tabs
- close duplicates
- lock/unlock tabs

Hi Csaba,

The tabs functions are great (attachment).
If you have maybe some time, there is some room for some more improvement.
e.g. TC has the next right-click menu on the tabs:

Rename/Lock tab
Lock this tab
Locked, but directory changes allowed
------------------------
Copy tab to other panel
-------------------------
Save tab to file
Save tabs on both sides to file
Load tabs from file, keep current
Load tabs from file, replace tabs
-------------------------
Close this tab
Close all tabs
Close duplicate tabs
