Comment Java in Documentation

attached a patch to comment java, because it is disabled due to KrJS does not
compile (cannot find kjsembed from kdelibs

I'm basically "retired" from the Krusader project (lack of time), but

KrJS, as you said kjsembed-based, is KDE3 stuff, that never got ported
to KDE4. The idea was to switch to Kross or QtScript, but I never
found the time for this :-/
