Monthly Meeting

Here is the agenda for todays meeting.
If you have anything you would like to add, please e-mail or speak to me beforehand, so I can add it.
NOTE: Due to recent lengthy planning sessions, I will NOT accept new business after the meeting has opened. If you want something added to the agenda you will need to contact me beforehand.
Also! The Hall has great reverb! We have members who have difficulty with this (myself being one of them - I find it difficult to hear more than one person in a noisy environment) and I ask that if you arrive during the meeting (12:30 to 1:30) to be aware of this, and if someone is speaking to raise your hand to add further comment. We are a very vocal group, and everyone wants to have their say, and I don't want to stifle any lively debate, but please be aware of the hall acoustics.
Finally - the meeting will start at 12:30, I intend on arriving no later than 12:15. Again, due to lengthy meetings in the past, I will be strictly starting at 12:30 and hope to finish by 1:30 so as not to impact the Crafthall and fun afterwards. Remember - you have all afternoon to socialise, and chat, so lets get the meeting out of the way so we can move onto the fun stuff!!
