November Meeting Tuesday and homework ahead of time.

Tuesday's meeting will be at Kenai Peninsula College room 157 7-9PM

Dominique and Ken will both be out of town for this Tuesday's meeting.
We are looking for someone or a few people that would like to work on
putting together a book or set of books with pictures of forays,
festivals, articles that have been in the papers, and so on. Perhaps
there is someone into scrapbooking that would like to take this on or
help organize it.

We are looking to get all the pictures that everyone has that they
would like to contribute to the club in one location. Before the
meeting (or even throughout the next month) please stop by Burdick
Enterprises at 35911 Kenai Spur Hwy Ste 9 (in the same mall as the
Mattress Ranch) to bring in either your memory card, camera, or even a
CD with your pictures so that I can make a copy for the club. PLEASE
try to already have then labeled or named with a date and location, as
I could have customers come in and this will save you from having to
wait to do so as Dominique has asked that they get labeled. This is of
course a great way to catalog the who, what, where, and when of all
our mushrooming adventures. Store hours are 9-5:30 T-F & 9-2 Sat
closed Sun & Mon.

As Dominique and Ken will be out of town and I am playing phone tag
with Steve, we are going to be having kind of a casual catch up on how
your season went / work session. Please bring your photos, memory
cards, etc Tuesday and feel free to bring your laptops if you want to
work on labeling pictures for those that don't have them labeled.

I will have copies of Just Add Mushrooms with me and I haven't touched
basis with Harry yet to see if he will be there with other books and
tee shirts. Ken also said that he had some extra Shiitake Bags that
are ready to soak and get growing that he was going to leave with
Harry. So those may also be available.

Give me a call at 262-3210 or 252-3210 if you have any questions,
ideas, or would like to help with the project but can't make the
meeting, as this is NOT a project up my alley and the club can use
your help! Any scrapbookers out there?

Oh, and if I have a chance I'll make some goodies for the meeting.

Hi Carol,
I spoke with Steve before we left and he sounded like he may have a
Power Point he could show. I gave Harry the bags and told him to put a jar
out for donations to the club...I don't want anything from the bags, just a
club fund raiser. We are leaving Fort St John this morning. At least the
roads are better here. The border to Watson Lake were terrible. I will be
going to Lafayette to the NAMA foray over Thanksgiving!!!!
