Data Sharing Protocol

Hello all

I am working on a set of procedures for our Community MRV project in Guyana, documenting the steps involved in creating and then managing a single questionnaire, starting from the initial purpose detailed in a monitoring framework, through ODK form creation, data capture and then data analysis and reporting.

A key control document within this process, especially in the data reporting area is a Data Sharing Protocol. This should outline the rules/sensitivities with sharing data and the key contacts that need to be consulted before data can be shared outside the project partners or local community.

We are struggling to pull this together in a way that covers all the right areas, I am wondering if anyone has already created a Data Sharing Protocol for a similar project that might help us.
