programming in KML ?????

Hello,

I need to write a KML file to visualise in Google Maps the region that is shown in the attached figure.

The larger area is bounded by the coordinates [(15ºS, 40ºW), (15ºS, 60ºW), (35ºS, 60ºW), (35ºS, 40ºW)].

Within the larger area, 4 square small areas bounded by the coordinates:

 [(19ºS,56ºW), (19ºS,57ºW), (20ºS,57ºW), (20ºS,56ºW)],

 

[(24ºS,52ºW), (24ºS,53ºW), (25ºS,53ºW), (25ºS,52ºW)],

 

[(22ºS,51ºW), (22ºS,52ºW), (23ºS,52ºW), (23ºS,51ºW)] and 

[(18ºS,44ºW), (18ºS,45ºW), (19ºS,45ºW), (19ºS,44ºW)] 

need to be highlighted (e.g., with a different color).

The problem is that I've never programmed in KML and I do not know how to do this.

Could someone help me write this code in KML, please?

Hey Glauston,

Check out Google Earth, one can draw polygons and polylines easily, and export to kml.
