Best way to apply balloon kml code to multiple line features in Google Earth?

So, after the painstaking process of teaching myself basic kml coding, I finally have a ballon template I like. I have 75+ line features (recreation trails) imported from GIS with a number of basic attributes associated with them (trail name, length, description, ect), and would like to apply the balloon template I created to all of these. With my limited experience with kml, what is the best way (time efficient/least head banging against the wall factor) to do this?
