I've got a network link here http://bbs.keyhole.com/ubb/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/852603/an/0/page... that includes a couple of screen overlays as legends. With the latest GoogleEarth client (4.1.7076.4458) when the lightning link refreshes, its legend resizes itself to an unreadable blob of garbage. Anyone have any ideas? The very similar ScreenOverlay legend in the SST link does not have this problem. The code snippet that draws the overlay is below.

I'm also getting distorted screen overlays on refreshing a network link. This is a pretty major bug as my app relies on a cross hair overlay for people to geotagg their Flickr photos. Any time frame for a fix? It's been over a month now with new beta versions released and the problem is still apparent.
Unfortunately, Google does not comment on when future releases are coming, or what features will be supported. Bottom line, until its fixed we can't tell you when.

Thank you for asking this question! I've been rattling my brains for the last 3 hours looking for a solution to the exact same problem, but haven't been able to find one. Good thing I now know its a bug!
