On Sunday I walked the Link R. Trail down to below the dam. No sign of any mockingbirds. Two of the Am. White Pelicans were down near the dam. The adult is looking more bright. The younger bird appeared disheveled and dull. It got up and flew though. Near bridge was a near bright ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER. It's way too early to say it "early", so I believe it wintered, and not discovered.
On the upper trail at Moore Park, near the homes of Lynnewood, three bright WESTERN BLUEBIRDs were seen feeding on or within the Mistletoe of Western Junipers. Other birds: Bushtit, Whiite-breasted Nuthatch, Golden-crowned Kinglet, Mountain Chickadee, Western Scrub Jay, Steller's Jay. It was pretty quiet in the park.
