morning. Beautiful day to be out, but the area was pretty quiet. We
ran into a nice collection of warblers about half way to the Wood
River bridge, but shorebirds and most everything else was pretty
scarce. Highlights included a lone female WOOD DUCK, calling SANDHILL
CRANES, a LESSER YELLOWLEGS at the Wood River bridge, a MacGILLIVRAY'S
WARBLER, and some very active BLACK-CAPPED CHICKADEES. I didn't keep a
complete list, but what I can remember is below.
