- Free-form BS/discussion sessions/Q&A
- Structured presentations
- Plan/code up a toy (or real!) rails app (ask Roy about his 'feedbag.com' idea)
- Book club sort of thing--choose a book to go through (maybe one person leads each chapter?)
- Code review--one person leads the group through a bit of their code, for humane discussion/feedback
