As someone rightly pointed out, it's not a scam if you get what you
pay for. Curb address numbers are important, and this may be a good
way to get them. Just be aware that the company is not listed online,
and there is no contact info on the flier.

A person is handing out fliers about painting curb addresses. This is
NOT sponsored by the city. It appears to be an illegitimate attempt by
an unlicensed business to earn money.
