Payment in full ($757.00) for the space is due on Monday 2009/9/28, or
the reservation may be canceled. Independent of the possible
cancellation fro non-payment, I have until 2009/10/3 to cancel while
only paying a $25 fee (after that 25% is owed, with higher percentages
the closer the date is).
I've sent an e-mail to Paul, in the hope that the $850 he's holding
might be tapped, but as of right now I only have $225 :(
So, if you'd like KFA DC to happen, please donate:

Done and done. The 'Venue Cost' sheet presents the calculation I
posted before (http://bit.ly/njZ4z ). The 'Expenses' sheet is intended
to list other expenses (e.g. materials for the schedule board). The
'Expenses' sheet is linked to the funds to calculate our current
balance.
As of this moment, we have a $432 deficit; if the funds from British
Lucky Paul come through, we'll have a $418 surplus.

Cool. Only one more question (I hope :). For some reason, Google asked
me to log into my Google Account to see the spreadsheet. That was
weird. But then I noticed that the spreadsheet isn't actually
published, since the spreadsheet editor launches. Do you think it
would be possible to publish the spreadsheet so that it's just served
as raw HTML and doesn't require people to log in? I don't want to send
a link to someone without a Google account when they ask me about
donating and then have them be presented with a sign in box. :(
You can publish Google Spreadsheets by clicking the "Share" button on
the top-right of the spreadsheet, and then selecting "Publish as a web
page".
Thanks! Here's hoping we get a surplus so we can have KFADC2
sometime. :)
Cheers,
Argh. I'm still learning about Google Docs. Here's the link:

I set it to automatically update as I make changes, and pointed the
wiki's links there.
