Hey Ladies, Thank you to everyone who came to the first ladies clinic. We had an excellent turn out and it was awesome to see so many enthusiastic women interested in bike repair and maintenance.   The next workshop is scheduled for Thursday, July 31st @ 6:30pm at Route 66 Bike Shop.   Topics will include: Anatomy of a bicycle drive train Shifters (Road and Mountain bike component groups) Cables (care and performance) Gear ratios (HOW TO SHIFT YOUR BIKE TO MAXIMIZE PERFORMANCE) Chain installation and timely replacement Cleaning, lube and preventative maintenance  Hope to see you there!!
